Registration Deadlines:
 
Early Bird – October 1, 2025

• Complete Registration Form & Payment of $800 Deposit
• Receive a Complementary Spa Treatment @ Willka T’ika

 
Final Registration – December 29th, 2025

• Complete Registration Form & Payment of $800 Deposit

 
Late Registration – December 30th, 2025 - January 15th, 2026

• Complete Registration Form & Payment of $800 Deposit + $200 Non-Refundable Late Registration Fee

Retreat Payment Balance MUST Be PAID in FULL By January 9, 2026. 
 
 
Cancellation Policy & Fees:
 
Retreat Deposit of $800 is Non-Refundable. 
 
Participants who wish to Cancel Retreat Registration must contact Katherine Meyersohn/Retreat Leader at The Healing Arts Center of Richmond directly at [email protected] or (804) 833-8776 and give notification of intent to cancel registration and receive acknowledgement of receipt of notification from Katherine Meyersohn/Reteat Leader.
 
Participants who have paid the Retreat Payment Balance and give Cancellation Notification will be issued a refund according to the following schedule & stipulations:

1. Cancellation Notification received BEFORE the original Registration Deadline of December 1st, 2025, will receive a refund of the Retreat Payment Balance paid if paid via Zelle; and if paid via Credit Card, the 3.5% Credit Card fees included in the Retreat Payment Balance PLUS any additional Credit Card fees incurred by The Healing Arts Center of Richmond in issuing refund, will be deducted from the total refund amount.
2. Cancellation Notification received AFTER the original Regular Registration Deadline of December 1st, 2025, but BEFORE the Final Registration Deadline of December 29th 2025, will receive a refund of the Retreat Payment Balance paid as stipulated above PLUS a $500 Cancellation Fee AND the $200 Registration Fee (if applicable) will be assessed and deducted from the total refund amount.
3. Cancellation Notification received AFTER the FINAL Registration Deadline of December 29th, 2025, but BEFORE the RETREAT BALANCE PAYMENT DEADLINE of January 9, 2026, will receive a refund of the Retreat Payment Balance paid as stipulated above PLUS an additional 50% of the Retreat Payment Balance paid will be assessed and deducted from the refund amount.
4. NO REFUND of the Retreat Payment Balance paid will be issued if Cancellation Notification is received AFTER the RETREAT PAYMENT BALANCE DEADLINE of January 9, 2026.
