Reiki I Learn and acquire the basic skills to practice this powerful Japanese hands-on relaxation and stress-reduction technique. In this first level, Reiki I class, we will explore the definition and history of reiki, how reiki works, and how it is practiced. You will receive the Reiki I attunements and have the opportunity to experience and practice reiki on yourself and others. At the completion of class, you will receive your Reiki I Certificate.
