We'll start the day with meditation and an invigorating Vinyasa Flow yoga class in the Ruins at Barboursville Vineyards.  Next, we'll nurture the artist within with an uplifting Guided Imagery & Music meditation & Mandalas. Then, we'll gather in the winery for an exclusive, private wine-tasting and delicious, gourmet lunch (featuring fresh local & organic cuisine).
